The Annual General Meeting of Torquay Theatre Troupe will take place on February 16th 2021.

It is our preference to hold it face to face but it may be an electronic meeting depending on the availability of a space (based on COVID constraints).


The Annual General Meeting of Torquay Theatre Troupe Inc. will be held via ZOOM on Tuesday, 16 February 2021 at 7.30pm. Members will receive the Zoom link with the Agenda, President’s Report and the Treasurer’s Report prior to the meeting.

AGM Order of Business

  • Approval of Minutes of previous AGM
  • Approval of Minutes of Special General Meeting
  • President’s Report
  • Treasurer’s Report and Financial Statements
  • Confirm Member Dues for 2021 (Dues waived for 2020 Financial Members)
  • Election of 3 Committee Members
  • General Business (must be proposed in advance by 8 February 2021).

Financial Members are invited to participate in the election of three Committee positions for 2021. Financial members who wish to nominate or be nominated for Committee membership should complete the Nomination Form here.

All Nomination Forms or general business items to be presented at the AGM must be received by the Secretary/Treasurer’s designee Maryanne Doolan by 8 February. This information may be emailed to or mailed to PO Box 31, Torquay VIC 3228.
