Just as Juliana Smithton’s research leads to a potential breakthrough, her life takes a disorienting turn. One step at a time, a mystery unravels as contradictory evidence, blurred truth and fragmented memories collide in a cottage on the windswept shores of Cape Cod.

Characters – 2M 2F American accents required

Juliana – A sharply charismatic scientist in her 50’s. Juliana’s fierce intelligence is both her greatest asset and her largest burden, having helped her carve a niche in a deeply competitive field infiltrated by brilliant minds, and yet bringing her a deep impatience and a drive not always understood by those around her.

Ian – Juliana’s husband, 50’s, an oncologist who is a loving husband and very supportive of her. He is really struggling with her mood swings and irrational behaviour.

The Woman – 20’s-30’s. Highly intelligent
The woman portrays:

The auditions are to be held at 77 Beach Rd, Torquay on

  • Tuesday 6 December at 7:00pm
  • Thursday 8 December at 7:00pm

The plays will be performed at Shoestring Playhouse at The MAC, 77 Beach Rd, Torquay on March 16-25 (or 26th if season is extended), 2023

Rehearsal times are Tuesdays 7-10pm, Thursdays 7-10pm, Sundays 4-7pm
